After almost six years of looking after your eyes and vision at Lawton House in Castle Hill, our practice is now relocated in nearby Norwest Business Park.
By the end of November 2017, we will be operating in Suite 309 of the Nexus Building, which is opposite the Novotel hotel on Columbia Court at the eastern (Castle Hill) end of the business park, just off Windsor Rd.
Our relocation has been a long time coming and has been a planned decision based on many factors:
- The recent changes to Castle Hill and the uncertainty of the future of the Lawton House building. Aside from the obvious re-development, traffic and parking has increasingly become a problem in the Castle Hill precinct generally and more specifically in our car park as our practice has grown. We pride ourselves in making our service at Vision Excellence the most pleasant experience possible for our patients and this has become challenging due to increasing difficulty for patients to arrive for appointments on time. We are happy to say that our new location will make parking and the arrival for appointments far easier.
- Our new rooms have been designed specifically to the needs of our team to enhance our care of your eyes and visual needs. We will continue to strive for excellence in eye health assessment and advice, in orthokeratology and children’s vision as well as providing you with the most excellent vision that we possibly can.
- The geographical location of most of our patients will be better served by our new location in Norwest. We will now be in the most convenient place for the vast majority of our patients since the Hills District has expanded vastly since our practice was established in early 2012 and will continue to do so. Also, it will be much easier for patients who are referred to us from out of the district to find and to access our new premises.
- We have other exciting announcements to make in regards to our service which will be advised when arrangements are finalised in the New Year.
This is an important and much-anticipated step in the Vision Excellence journey. We appreciate that we have been entrusted with caring for the eyes and vision for all people in the Hills District and beyond who have joined our growing family of patients in our first six years. We look forward to delivering even better quality in our new location and as always we love the recommendations we get from our patients when family, friends and colleagues are referred to our practice.
